We currently do not accept card payments. Payment is by cash or bank transfer (Revolut, AIB, TSB, EBS whichever works best for you).

What notice do I need to give when canceling or rescheduling?

We kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Are there fees for late cancellations or no-shows?

Yes, late cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full appointment fee.

Are there exceptions to the policy for emergencies?

Yes, exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies, but proof of the emergency will be required.
